the staff were friendly and helpful, though they seemed a bit stretched.
The noise levels were unacceptable. Loud music continued until after midnight. i found mold in the bathroom, so that was a health concern. the room also felt quite dated and not as clean as i expected.

the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. all the staff were friendly. reception and cleaning staff paid great attention to archie. there was a massive choice of beers and prices were much lower than i expected. i would definitely return if i am ever in the area again.
i had some slight difficulty contacting someone to let me back into my room once when i got locked out

I found the staff friendly and helpful. I lost a personal item and they promptly phoned me. They also returned it by post, which I appreciated. The comfortable beds and the amazing room.
The hotel room lacked a mirror in the main room itself. I only had access to the bathroom mirror, made getting ready difficult.
